Installation
Let’s get the party started! We offer full decor and installation services and are familiar with most venues and properties in the Charlottesville area! Here’s how it works…
Contact
Fill out our Contact Forum and we will get back to you within 72 hours.
Phone Chat/Onsite meeting
Let’s talk details! The next step is to schedule a phone chat or an onsite meeting. We will discuss design options, expectations as well as general pricing.
Proposal
Within 3-5 business days a proposal will be sent along with light computer renderings and pricing.
Invoice/Contract
After the design is approved, we will follow up with a contract and invoice. Depending on the date, either a $150 service retainer fee, or 50% deposit is required. Final payments are due a week prior to your event.
Logistics
We will coordinate additional logistics to ensure the venue is prepared for our arrival.
Installation/Delivery It’s party time!
We offer delivery and set up Monday through Sunday to businesses, residences, hotels, venues, parks, restaurants and hospitals.
Flat Rate or 15%
Our delivery rates are based on the location of delivery, size of the order, and manpower needed to ensure a smooth celebration! Fee varies, your itemized estimate will explain your individual delivery rate in detail, including the factors that contributed to the rate.
Installation Time
Installation times vary based on

In general, balloons are brought ready to install, and in typical perfect conditions, install takes 2-3 hours. (however, please don't assume that your install is typical perfect conditions)
Delivery Windows
Delivery windows are 3-hour windows.
We do not accept delivery for installations with less than 2 hours of prep time.
"Exact time" (or less than 2-hours) bookings are accepted on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
Set up Services
We offer set up services if you have special instructions, or if you need our assistance.
We charge $25 per hour/per person in addition to delivery fee.

We may need to bring 1-2 people depending on the scope of set up.

Set up is different than installation. Installations require a detailed proposal.
Rental Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Our shimmer walls, arched walls, wedding arbors, and any other rentals are delivered, installed, and picked up for no additional fee (outside of the delivery fee)!
