Office Hours: Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm. We party on weekends which requires giving our clients our full attention. Therefore we do not respond to inquiries on Weekends. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 business hours.
We specialize in custom (non-helium) organic balloon decor.
We are located in Charlottesville, VA
Dates are booked on a first paid, first-reserved basis. We are unable to hold dates without a 50% deposit.
Requests for installations less than 2 weeks to your event may require an additional 25% rush fee.
Payments must be made by PayPal, Apple Pay, or Check. You do not need to have a PayPal account to fulfill payment obligation through PayPal. Major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Our order minimum starts at $300 but will ultimately depend on your service location.
